In order to return an order (single item, multiple items, all items in the order), you must contact us in writing by email at: [email protected] and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Organico Naturale (seller) will review RMA request and provide approval for return shipment. The RMA request must be received within 3 business days from the receipt of the material at the Buyer’s shipping address. All unauthorized returns without approved RMA will become the property of Organico Naturale, and no credit will be issued.
Return requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:
- Product must be within the lot expiry period
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
- Product must not be received later than 30 days after originally date shipped by Organico Naturale
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not accept returns.
Shipping items
Returns can be mailed to: Fill out the contact form or send an email to: [email protected]. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a return credit.
All returns will be subject to a 20% product restocking fee.
